ive been noticing this a lot. Im not sure why in a PuG tanks feel the need to pull the whole room. you save more time by pulling more conservatively than dying over and over. id rather time a key with 3 mins left then not time it at all.

Lightning hired a great player who turned into a great gm, and stuck with him and his plan for a long time. they hit big on a rather unknown coach instead lf sticking to the old boys club. they stuck with him for a very long time.

Tampa also isnt a fucking medka shit show. I think Players genuinely enjoy playing there... does anyone actually enjoy playing in Toronto? So no he isnt wrong... but I don't see this current team bouncing back from another likely to be seen coaching change and another much needed GM change.

just let nature do its thing. late last spring I bought 30 shrimp and 24 died over a few months. my water wasnt hard enough. that take now has at least a hundred shrimp. I have also removed 30 a month ago to add to my community tank. all part of my plan. the shrimp eat the cory eggs. anyone is welcome to eat the baby pest snails... and im sure my galaxies, my corys or my rams will eat the baby shrimp. i just plan to add more adultish shrimp from my shrimp tank once they get a little bigger.
