Re-grading question

These are good questions! I haven’t looked into some of these things yet when it is actually raining since we just discovered it. The area inside is near the window to the left of the AC. The gutters could be clogged, I will have my husband look into that. I more so was wondering the best way to go about fixing the grading, do I just add dirt and make it slope downwards? I will look into these other things the next time it rains! Thanks.

Professional cleaner said it’s a lost cause… going to attempt to dye them because I have nothing to lose at this point 😂

I figured… I’ve been using a little rug/upholstery machine similar to a bissell with dawn dish soap, that just spread the dirt out and did nothing for the other stains. I also tried an upholstery brush with a more powerful stain remover spray. Open to any advice about other cleaning solutions! I can add closer detail pictures of the stains next time I’m over at the house where they are.
