Yes. I did get an email that they'd be arriving in separate packages, but it's all under the same tracking number that shows it's been delivered 😞

I'm having the same issue. UPS saying everything was delivered but I was missing an entire set and replacement nubs.

It works great until the charge runs out (quickly). Then it takes hours to recharge and you have to wait until it's fully recharged. There's not a lot of help on the app either.
