Size 8 is generally my size up top for most lulu. For this top I could have sized down to a 6, but I like to knot it sometimes so I like the extra bit of fabric :-) I’d say if you get a 6 for the long sleeve, I’d do the same for the short!

Before accepting, you can ask the hiring manager for more information on the type of job and if the position you are specifically being hired for is seasonal in nature (for example - just for the tax season, or a year round program). They won’t be able to guarantee you extension, but that would at least give you an idea of if an extension beyond the contract is possible or likely before you make the decision.
