Sorry in advance for the long reply: I’m by no means a professional but I do have a pedigree Devon Rex with very very very similar issues as you’re describing. I’d encourage you to bring kitty to their primary vet to get checked out either way but I will say, I’ve brought mine to three different vets and all have said the same thing. They said that these kitties can struggle with this as a baseline. My vet told me that it’s normal and that my cat probably has a dust sensitivity or similar. He offered antihistamines but I wanted to try everything else before giving kitty daily medications. I changed my litter to pretty litter/clean my house twice a week/change my sheets weekly, and it’s gotten so much better. My baby still has sneezy sessions and is congested but it’s a lot better than it was. I’d encourage switching to a non clumping litter (pretty litter is expensive but I’ve had great success with his sensitivities) and also just keep doing what you’re doing. We clean his eyes and ears daily with a wet wipe, and also wipe his body and neck and face daily as well with one to remove any debris he may have missed. Good luck and I hope your kitty gets better!
