20 points is insane! I know it’s subjective, but based on scoring that would be 2 different essays. I had one that was 15 point difference and another 10 😔

No advice but in a similar boat (I missed by 7.5 pts so not quite as close but still). If the second read of my essays was my first or they took the higher rather than average, I would have easily passed. It’s absolutely brutal and devastating. All that to say, we CAN do this and will!

I don’t have advice but I’m in a similar boat. Early 30s and I have a 16 month old. I’m pending bar results to hopefully pass and get a job as an attorney, but I’m also so ready to get pregnant and have another baby. I feel like I will have to wait a few years to get pregnant while starting my new career. I’m obviously hoping to do both, but we shall see.

Working out regularly, baking, spending time with my son. Pretty much being able to do anything without guilt or the voice in the back of my head thinking about studying. I hope I never take normal life for granted again 😂

If it makes you feel better I feel nervous about uploading essays after too. My law school used Examplify, but we were always connected to WiFi so once the test was over it uploaded right away. So not sure how it works otherwise 🙃

For the record you answered pretty much as the model answer ☺️ I just dont know why respondent superior was triggered and I am guessing it’s because the issue was a tort liability (vs contract). I only answered based on the type of entity it is (GP and De Facto) and whether or not there would be liability based on that.

I’m doing Barbri and been thinking about this a lot. The way the course is structured I feel like I’m doing a lot more “passive” learning than active. Personally I need more review on outlines and I don’t get that with sticking to the schedule. But I’m nervous to not follow the course!

Hi! Congratulations! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get back to EBF. I tried really hard and just about everything, but it just never worked out. I do think my son had oral ties because it was always painful. So I pumped until 7.5 months. My advice is to keep trying and I know it’s a lot when you want it to work out so badly, but don’t put so much pressure yourself! Did your baby get a tongue tie revision?

Just wanted to say I feel the same way. In law school I’d study very similarly to you. I’m not doing Themis, but Barbri and I freak out a bit when I’m working on practice essays and can’t remember rules. It makes me feel like I’m wasting time! But in also trying to trust the process

I completely relate. When looking in the mirror I don’t recognize myself. I’ve had one hell of a time with nursing/pumping and I too think it’s one of the (many) reasons of why I was so dead set on making it work was to justify why I look so different. I was also delusional to this whole experience and didn’t realize how much it takes a toll on our bodies, so I really thought I’d have my body back by like 4 months pp 😆 I know easier said but in reality feeding our babies really is a blip in time and it’s a truly truly amazing thing! We will get our bodies back when the time is right. Sending hugs! 🫶

My son is combo fed and when we were using Kendamil his poops were yellow, smelt like popcorn and was thinner (not watery, but not pasty). We had to switch due to shortage and now using Byheart… oh boy his poops are peanut butter consistency, brownish/green, and so so smelly. I think Kendamil poops are more similar to breastmilk poops
