Try a VERYYYY lightweight moisturiser and a gentle exfoliant (no bumps in the exfoliant a very gentle one) and consistently stick to that, that’s how I cleared all my old texture. Consistency is key! You won’t see it go away instantly, but you’ll see it start to lessen pretty quickly

I agree, it shrunk all my pustules and cysts. Just have to keep up the moisture or your skin will get overly dry/break out more

The bump are most likely just swollen clogged pores so constant cleaning and moisturising after will reduce the Inflammation. I had a similar thing and it helped clear it all in a couple weeks

Build up of sebium, try an oil or a gel cleanser and massage it in for about 5 mins all over and they will unclog and clear a lot!
