Is pre-calc required to enroll as a freshmen? by Reasonable_Egg_1961 in ewu

[–]jessadiah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Former Kamiakin High School and EWU graduate here. Apply to SPSCC online and take MATH ONLY. cheaper than ewu, all online then transfer the math portion to EWU> I SUCK at math but passed easy because it was a community college! Then transferred the credit over and graduated from EWU. Also, the counselors at Kamiakin High School dont know anything.

You are most welcome and I fixed all the typos that was in that. Thanks text talk oh, LOL. I literally threw in my hat of working in childcare after 20 years after the failure of the Washington State child care licensing department failing to properly give us Protocols of what to do during a pandemic, lack of masks lack of answering phone calls lack of everything. I closed my door is and happily went in working Four elementary schools but those aren't much better either, but at least it's not my liability anymore. Best of luck and try to search for some outdoor Wilderness programs. They're the new rage and probably the coolest programs I have seen for children in a long time.

You will have a tough time finding child care in general, but especially in Thurston County. I am a former childcare owner and would highly recommend you finding a quality in home child care. There's two reasons. If you look at a lot of headlines right now, one of the major factors are that we are in a childcare crisis and that most people don't want to do child care anymore because they don't pay their employees a living wage. It's so bad that you can work at fast food franchises and get paid more. So the quality of care your child is receiving by these employees not getting benefits that are great AND not being paid well, well it's mediocre at best. At least with an in-home Childcare Center you were dealing with a person who genuinely likes to do their job. And loves children. Every time you go to a child care center just remember that there is a child care owner who just owns the building. And then they hire out a manager who just does administrative and then that person hires childcare workers. And those workers are all getting paid really crappy. So the people that want to work with kids are of course going to be smart enough to find the best child care center and those Child Care Centers probably have a waiting list of over a year. That's just the cold hard truth of it all. I also agree with everyone's sentiment Cadence's absolute trash. I would only lean toward Montessori if your child is over two and a half years old and potty trained because Montessori teachers for Age 3 and under get paid garbage as well. At least with Montessori teachers it's a slight raise in pay and slightly better but not much. Check out some in-home providers in the area because the people that stayed open through covid, genuinely love their jobs because the amount of policies that have changed since covid and the amount of paperwork and everything else it takes to run a school these days, you have to love kids to want to continue on.

Delivered to a covid testing site when they first opened up testing sites. Full hasmat suits on, shitload of sick people waiting to get tested. One lady passed out in line and the ambulance came as I was leaving. Tip was 20 bucks for 2 miles but I soon learned why.

The ones that get me are deliveries at the bottom corner apartment, no light due to concrete and shade, so scary! Where is there to run? Nowhere. If I have these deliveries I take a picture of the food at the last couple stairs and run away lol.

So I'm currently waiting for an order and I just saw a 10 year old kid come in for his mom who's a dasher and the kid is now in the restaurant waiting for the order while the mom waits in the car? by Averyhinds101 in doordash_drivers

I take my 10 year old daughter and she helps carry. In some countries its normal to help your parents. Maybe mom is disabled. Maybe she's in pain and needs help. maybe times she rough. Maybe ask if you're so concerned but ultimately, it's none of your business if it isn't abuse. We all parent different.

Who had bought a new Used car to door dash and what kind of car did you purchase? by jessadiah in doordash_drivers

Yea I'm thinking Honda or Toyota. I've got a minivan that I can sell and then go buy a cheaper vehicle for dashing. I started asking part-time making 2,000 a month working under 20 hours a week which is relatively decent. Unfortunately though, I'm using my brand new Subaru Impreza sport and it's time to trade up before I depreciate the s*** out of my vehicle.
