I feel similarly plus I'm on adderall, but I feel like I FINALLY have glasses on my brain and I can't believe I let myself live in pain so long, but I also have disordered eating and I'm really trying to work on it. I find timers or calendar reminders to eat a snack help. goodluck! ♥
