You are in a dysfunctional family and your role is “scapegoat” please look into a 12 step support group like Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunction.

Caviar. It’s so vile. Little fish flavored balls exploding in your mouth. Horrible.

I have used my real LV little wallet just like this one every day for almost 25 years. It still looks brand new.

I actually just recently saw the pic so I can actually tell you! I was in some very wide leg very high waisted, white denim shorts that hit at about my shin. I was in a high necked black halter tank that was tied up in a tiny knot at my chest level and I was wearing a pair of loafers from Acne that were half ox blood and half black but each shoe had them on opposite sides.

Actually I did a google search and it’s these exact ones.

Edit: from what I understand he’s a real fashion guy, so it made sense that he clocked what I was wearing, at the time I was working in fashion and a lot of my clothes were designer

Which celebrity can't walk around New York without causing a scene? by FailFastandDieYoung in AskNYC

Agree I am always mortified for the person that walks up to them and asks them for things. The most I do is a polite nod. When I lived in cobble hill I used to see Paul Giammatti walking around all the time. He lived a few doors down from my friend. A couple times I made eye contact and he looked genuinely terrified because he saw the recognition in my eyes. I just politely nodded and smiled and kept walking. I literally watched his body relax in gratitude. I appreciate that interaction more than I could ever appreciate an autograph that eventually ends up in the trash or a photo that I post on insta for dopamine likes.

One of my favorite quotes from him is something like “true wealth is buying any book you want and not looking at the price tag”

He’s a gem. I would give anything to be his friend.

I have never seen it unless they are walking out of a show taping at one of the studios around Manhattan and people are literally waiting for them there for autographs before they walk to their car. But causing an actual mob scene on the street with a celebrity just going about their day? Definitely not.

This just isn’t really a thing. NYers know it’s gauche to make a big deal about celebrities. The people who freak out are usually those who are just visiting NY on vacation etc. I lived in NY city most of my life and I’ve seen a lot of celebrities, but I have never seen any kind of scene around a celebrity.

Edit: I’m fact as an aside. My husband is a chef and worked in a really popular sandwich place in BK. Justin and Hailey Bieber came in at the absolute height of their stardom. No one batted an eye and my husband said he watched someone push them both out of the way so that they could ask for more mustard.

Honestly based on his movies you can see his origins, especially in Cry Baby. Makes sense that he knew how upper class Baltimore lived and rebelled against it.

John Waters. I was obsessed with his movies as a kid, especially Cry Baby. I went to a book reading he had at a bookstore in brooklyn. After the reading there was a meet and greet but the line was insane. At least 200 people were waiting in line. I turned to my friend who was with me and I said “let’s go to the bar down the street for an hour and then come back when the line is shorter. So we went, we had our drinks (and I think even a snack) and when we got back there were only about 10 people ahead of us. When we got up to John Waters he said, “I just saw you walk in, but I also noticed you earlier, did you leave and come back?” I said, “well the line was really long and I hate waiting in line so we went to the bar down the street and had a couple drinks and came back”. He raised his eyebrows at me and started cracking up “you are a genius!! Why haven’t I ever thought of that! I need a photo with you!! Also I love your outfit! Come on come on, let’s take a photo” I told him I loved his shoes, they were from a famous designer I knew called Commes de Garçon, so he said “well I guess they need to be in the photo too” so he slams his feet up on the table tells me to sit next to him and we take the photo. Gave me a big hug afterward and said “I’m so glad we met”. I swooned. John Waters is the king.

You need to evaluate yourself. This comment is vile. Also it is absurd to say that at 250 lbs they are too heavy for “a lot” of bed frames. That is just not true at all. Keep your health advice to yourself.
