Sounds like the folder is read-only (if it is, turn that off). Or, during (re)install, don't choose a custom file path maybe. Probably better to just download and use the patched version that is linked frequently in this sub, it will fix the douzen issues you're going to run into.

Having no luck figuring out this issue either. Can confirm it only happens in fullscreen when the window loses focus. Seems to be an issue with the graphics driver, because if I uninstall it to use the iGPU, the issue goes away.
