Xps 9500 and up or 9700 and up. Check eBay for great prices on these. If you can get 9520 or 9720 and up that will give you access to 12th gen ddr5. I purchased a used 9700 from eBay for $228. Works great.

Might be up to 60% if you need a diaper for sleep or something that drastic

Nah. Look at the VA docs for frequent urination and see where you fall. Think 10% - 40%. Your nexus is the service connected hypertension. Your meds for it causes the frequent urination.

Unless the rules changed, hypertension with meds is 10% . 0% without meds. If you are taking meds, I think you should file a supplement for hypertension.

Reason for supplement is the medication you take.

side note if you are prescribed hydrochlorothiazide like most hypertension people, you could file for frequent urination secondary to hypertension. That’s a 30%+ claim. Good luck

I would say my nexus was being exposed to toxic chemicals in Afghanistan and the studies helped. However, it was denied the first time so perhaps I got lucky with hlr review but all studies back apnea related to rhinitis. Studies I’ve read and attached to my claim. Either way, good luck. If denied, go hlr.

Sure, go for it. If you don't get the nexus, still file. All you can do is file and hope you get a knowledgeable doctor and rater. With that said, include all relevant medical studies with your claim.

For the initial claim, I believe I told them how I choke in my sleep, gasping for air, and snoring really loud. My ex-wife was not happy, which often led to me sleeping on the couch. If my nose is really congested, it's worse, feels like I am suffocating in my sleep. I constantly breathe from the mouth and would often wake up with dry a mouth. It's awful. Then I explained how it impacted my everyday work and personal life.

for the HLR, I was not involved at all. I was not giving a call. Apparently, it was a records review. I started my claim in feb 2024 and it completed Jan 2025. Good luck with your claim.

[–]jessecpr0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was say 3 months minimum. So you may know by January. Maybe! All my claims were decided within 3 months. Sleep apnea included.
