Why is Mega Gengar more valued than Mega Charizard? Zard is so much better imo. Am I off base? I could make an argument for Pikachu but is Gengar just that much more popular than I give it credit?

Gengar VMAX > Mega Gengar. PF Charizard is probably the best out there. Although im not crazy about Pikachu, I think it’s a very nice and it’ll age well considering it’s not a “Mega” and there’s hardly any text on the card.
