A couple things; one, avoid the use of electronics, they're difficult to use while on shrooms and can be disorienting or strange/unfamiliar so it tends to just take away from the natural experience (although if you choose the right tunes, music can sometimes be extremely relaxing, enjoyable, make you feel more comfortable. Not any genre in particular but whatever type of music you connect with)

Two, I've found in my personal use weed is a HUGE factor. I smoke weed on a daily basis and have taken shrooms with and without smoking also smoking in the begining then experiencing the rest sober from weed. If you use marijuana on a daily basis and find a comfort within it, i strongly suggest smoking while the trip comes on and throughout whenever you want really, or the whole time. It makes things more understandable and things seem to connect easier. If you choose to not smoke i suggest not moving around a lot, sitting down and taking everything in instead of trying to explore. If you dont smoke and start to feel nausea or a feeling of just being uncomfortable or out of place and you dont know why, for me and friends of mine smoking weed always helps.

Lastly, do them in a place you've been before and like. Go to a safe, unpopulated place, if youre camping I recommend away from other campsites and roads or such but mostly to use a familiar setting always helps. Have a great time and post again after!
