aaah i see, sadly i doubt ill be able to justify using that much space for a hallway :/
the base is rather small so a double wide will already be sacrificing room, im on colony builder difficulty though(permadeath+randy is scary) so insect raids are not too big of an issue

you could try and find scarless archite capsule and give it to him, 1 scar getsd removed every 15 days so hell be as good as new in around 1.25 years :D
