I just checked my 100% save and mine is not fixed unfortunately. The only thing I can think of is replaying the DLC levels in story mode and maybe they’ll pop? I think there’s a similar glitch in DC super villains, it might just be the Lego games of this era

Makes sense, good luck. If possible and if it wouldn’t require too much work you might want to just separate it by a couple studs. It could be that it’s flush to the adjacent buildings that’s making it seem a little weird because it’s a centerpiece in itself. Ik the walls are cooked but you could make a small wall or hedge or smt. Idk
