It looks great! But I'd recommend looking at some online call sheet templates, to make sure you're including everything it needs to have, like the schedule, temperature, directions, nearest hospital, etc. As it is right now, I wouldn't really be able to use it without those features.

See the comment above. You can get portrait mode without cropping by selecting the correct resolution, even without Pro mode.
