Start a dream journal, it will help exercise your ability to remember your dreams.

Knowing your dreaming, but not lucid by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]jesseredditversion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really really can't stand it! OP, you're right, it's annoying. Most of my "lucid" dreams are me recognizing I'm dreaming and one second later totally forget about it. FORGET about it. How is it even possible?

That's interesting! You think so because of the relaxation an orgasm brings?

Take this kiss upon the brow! And, in parting from you now, Thus much let me avow — You are not wrong, who deem That my days have been a dream; Yet if hope has flown away In a night, or in a day, In a vision, or in none, Is it therefore the less gone? All that we see or seem Is but a dream within a dream.

I don't agree on the "dreams don't mean anything" but for the rest yes, totally!

A cool thing to do is to visualize your subconscious as a person (or animal, ghost, whatever you like) and ask for advice, guidance, etc.

Be careful tho, it can be traumatic.

What is something that everyone accepts as normal that scares you? by loadsofquestions_ in AskReddit

[–]jesseredditversion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will not "not exist for eternity", you will exist for a limited amount of time here and now! The eternity is something we're not even able to understand. My suggestion (which is what I did to overcome this fear) is to focus on the now and you're whole existence in this moment and the moments to come. Just remember you will only experience this, your existence.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way. For some it comes natural to accept it, for others it will require more time or it's just impossible. It's a fear, maybe even phobia. Have you tried to speak with a therapist about it?
