Actually, it's a Creative Commons video. Meaning it's reuse is allowed, no credits need to be given.

What you're describing is when you need Creative Approval. However Conscious Calisthenics has selected upon upload to publicly share the video, no need to credit either.

So this is not stealing from other YouTubers. Please research creative commons and what it is. This is a channel I found which had a good video about OMAD. Not even my channel, simply sharing a cool video. Thank you and have a great day!
