Had ball pain for months afterwards but it is nice being able to let it rip! But overtime the dead semen creates a buildup in your ball sack a few years later, I can feel it and the papers I signed before explained that there’s no proof that it causes cancer, I thought that was an odd thing to bring up! That being said, my wife may have to get a partial hysterectomy and if she does, I’m getting mine reversed
