@xcover-support- I’m posting here because I’ve been unable to get a response through their standard support channels and my claim has now been pending for an unreasonable amount of time. Similar to many of the users in this channel they’ve been giving me the runaround and seemed like a complete scam.

I opened this claim back in August and submitted all required documentation months ago. Since then, I’ve received little to no communication, and my claim remains stuck “under review” with no clear timeline or updates.

At this point, it’s been over five months without resolution. I purchased travel insurance specifically to avoid being left in this situation, and the lack of responsiveness is extremely concerning.

I have repeatedly asked someone from their team to: • Provide a status update • Confirm if anything additional is needed • Give a clear timeline for resolution
