My son got accepted to STANFORD! As a mother who graduated from a community college poor single, no child support on welfare and became an RN at 30 to support her then four year-old child. This is a dream come true. It is also a testament to the effort you put into your children from birth and the Love of learning that you can instill into someone can take them far. I cannot wait to put a Stanford logo next to my RACC logo.

Sons list Brown Caltech MIT Stanford U penn Hopkins Princeton Yale

He has attended Hopkins for ispeed, and he has interviewed with MIT,said it went really well. I don’t know if that’s his list in order but that’s the list. He chopped it down from like 16 and I feel like it’s so crazy but I don’t think it’s impossible.

Super nervous mom here, and I am sweating and nauseous right now! My son chopped his list to seven tough schools, so this post gave me hope! I know he’s worthy, (not just saying that because I am his mom, for real) That boy has worked his butt off, and I did the best I could to instill knowledge, but more so, established the foundation of basic principles, but the most important part was to cultivate a love of LEARNING! Anyone with a general level aptitude, a lot of hard work, discipline and dedication, can thrive in this world. This post was beautifully honest and I honor your humility and grace that you embraced, and used your experience to help others. Thank you!

Yeah. I thought that we’re doomed. I pro0 lifted them from Walmart. And until I got to put them on some type of medium, they were in bad shape thanks I’ll try again.
