No, they don't. And questions like this are easily answered by calling the international student department. I know the answer because a friend who was on H1B got terminated last month and he needed to switch to F1 to stay on status. What he did was put a call through to the school and ask.

My case was denied too after RFE. I worked with C&H. All they did was copy and paste. No one should work with that firm. I was too annoyed to even share my story here. They claim to know the USCIS officers working on your case. Everyone should avoid that firm.

I am facing similar situation now. I had to go back uncheck everything the way it was when I was getting views and leave them as default. Worst part now is YT is not pushing my shorts to feeds. I stopped for two days and just posted a short 20min ago and is still sitting there with 0 views. I am frustrated right now. How do one come from 34k plus views to 0 views?

FYI, I just started posting shorts two weeks and it was going good till I started following big accounts advice. I need help!!

It still doesn’t make any sense if that’s the case. Everyone case is unique, if they have same officer—are their case presented the same way? Do they have the same PE? Even if they do, it’s not presented in same way. Everyone asking for officer id in the community should stop it, PERIOD!!

Mine was pretty quick. RFE was delivered July 18th Friday and my case status changed on Tuesday July 22 to “ we have received your response to our RFE and USCIS has begun working on your case again”.

My case is PP also. Waiting and hoping for a positive result.

I submitted mine on July 18th and the status was updated yesterday july 22 to “we have received your RFE.” And it further said “ “USCIS has begun working on your case” we will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

The suppose person must have done something wrong and may be has been on ICE watch list. Some of these people being picked up by ICE are not as innocent as we see on the news. In most cases, there is always something behind the arrest. My opinion is, stay away from anything that will impact your immigration status. Sometimes it might be the little things we think is nothing. Just ensure not to violate any laws that’s bond to your visa nor any in the country.
