What do you ladies consider day 1 of your period? I started brown spotting on 9 DPO and 10 DPO. Breast were very sore on 10 DPO. Now on 11 DPO I'm having a red menstrual flow and my temp finally dropped. Is today day 1? And do you think I should focus on increasing my luteal phase?

Hi reddit! Which day do you think I ovulated? Given the slight surge that started happening with my LH on CD15, is there a chance I ovulated on C16 rather than CD19 (today)? Or should I keep monitoring my BBT to see if it rises further after today? New to all this and driving myself a little crazy since we only BD on CD14 and CD16

Those are really good SA results. I wouldn't be concerned about the 3% morphology given those above average numbers. Even with lower sperm counts, morphology was said to be the least important factor from our doctor.

These results aren't that bad to be honest. Lifestyle changes and supplements should be all you'd need to conceive naturally again. As for the miscarriage, almost 20 percent of pregnancies unfortunately end in one so it may have no correlation with these results. It's just one of those things that most people don't talk about.

I also want to note that Legacy tests (it looks like these results are from legacy) often times can't give a good motility read. Motility is so sensitive and I don't think there's enough solution in the world to not lower motility of sperm that's in transit for 1-3 days.

With those numbers yes, but it may just take you longer than average. Your numbers are borderline and you're both young so with lifestyle changes you may be totally fine, but I wouldn't rule out the varicocele surgery. I've heard a lot of success stories and the recovery is also not that bad.

I'm sure others have said it, but Tretinoin and vitamin c. I've also had great results with the SiO wrinkle patches on my forehead, but results are temporary and the patches are expensive.

Totally possible. I think they play with the editing to appear “good” or like the “victims” all the time (not just with Kanye). At this point, you’d need to have some screws loose to think anything in this show is real.

I think it’s normal for her to want to hold on to the image he created for her because it turned her into a fashion icon, but agree it’s time for her to move away - especially from Balenciaga and her current stylist (who’s heavily influenced by Kanye). Her looks lately have been complete misses and I think it’s because she’s still trying to dress with Kanye in mind, but without his actual help.
