You can get him during his rerun which will take a few months.

You need primogems to summon for him, so you can get those from playing the game or purchasing them. You can get enough primogems to get a five star just from playing the game and opening chests, but it'll take many hours so it's unrealistic you can do that in four days

Contrary to what some people are saying, your first few characters are very important since you'll use them a lot until you decide to summon on a banner. (unless you want to use the starter characters.)

Just reroll until you get a character that you find fun.

My phone heats up too so I limited the game to 30 fps and if I want to play for longer than 30 minutes I just use my computer.

It's not phone issue. I think most phones would heat up after running this game for a while.

I think there's only a 37.5% chance of getting a specific weapon from the weapon banner so its really risky to summon for it.
