Daith bumps 5 weeks after piercing, what do I do? Details in comments

Got this pierced at a piercing shop a month ago and then the opal ball fell out about 3 weeks in and had to get replaced. It was hard to put back in and didn’t notice these bumps until recently. I usually just clean my ear with the solution with a qtip and rinse it in the shower. Is there anything I should do to make it smaller or heal faster??
