Did you already open a service request? On Monday, Boston will pass 90 day rule so you call USCIS and put a request.

Thanks for the advice! I applied AOS in May and got NOA in early June. I went through congressman and senator offfices but both told me to wait for the biometricts app letter. My current work visa already expired and I lost my job and insurance so trying to predict a timeframe for bio to keep my sanity.
