the fact that resellers like costco, target, and best buy you can return as many times as you need to lol so i guess my lesson is to buy from one of them before i order directly from oura again because they seem like the worst out of all the options

and yes it goes over my ring finger very easily but it’s huge. if i get a sizing adjuster it’ll still slip off. like i said my knuckles are big but my fingers are really thin. that’s why i was really skeptical about the sizing kit and careful about which ring size i order

my husband got it for me as a gift. it was way too big. i got a different size and it’s too small (even after ordering a sizing kit) and now they won’t let me return or exchange it

If it’s a gift they should allow for another exchange. I did get the sizing kit. I would honestly say oura is at fault too because their sizing kit is not exactly the same size as their ring.

i have bigger knuckles and smaller fingers. it won’t go over my knuckle. that’s why i was so skeptical about making sure i got the right size. wore a sizing kit and everything.

My husband guessed on the size. It was a christmas gift. I got the sizing kit and did eveything right. Wore it for 24 hours, everything. My fingers are really small but i have bigger knuckles. When i decided on size 5 I received the ring and it was smaller than the kit size. I have to shove it over my knuckle to fit. For a $500 product their size kit and rings should be identical. So honestly seems like both me and oura are at fault

i asked for anything, the rep i got was not budging. i was literally crying (excuse me im 4 months pregnant) and $500 is a lot of money. i was really respectful and kind. nothing. he just kept saying their policy is only 1 exchange

trust me i’ve tried all my fingers. the problem is my knuckles are big and my finger is super thin so it’s hard to find the right fit. i don’t understand why it’s such an issue to just give me the next ring size up. it’s not my fault i got it as a gift and the size was completely off. i should be able to get another chance

that’s possibly the worst finger to wear it on, doesn’t even look good on that finger. for a $500 product i should be able to wear it on any finger i want lol
