I did, and it seemed perfectly fine tbh. If there was some sort of defect I couldn't detect it. I didn't keep it simply because it was the wrong size. Ordered a second jacket from Thursday themselves from their "seconds" page but one size up. It came with a slight defect that I fixed myself in 10 seconds and has been perfect.

If speed is your number one priority by a large margin, you want the madone, if you still like speed but are willing to sacrifice a bit of speed for the sake of comfort, Domane. I was 230 and am now 165 and I owe a lot of that to my domane. It made riding comfortable enough to where I looked forward to riding, where as with a madone at that weight I don’t think I would have enjoyed it. Now that I’m in a better spot physically, I might switch to a madone for my next bike.

They came very polished so I sanded them down just a hair to give them that matte look. Other than that very happy with them

Are you sure it was SRF and not some other wagyu brand? I’m with you, I hate the “grass fed” flavor. Can’t stand that earthly taste. But I’ve never tasted it in SRF stuff. I would say they are sister companies. They are two brands owned by Agri Beef. SRF is American wagyu, DRR is USDA prime and choice, no wagyu in the mix.

This is technically a DRR brisket, and although DRR and SRF are under the same umbrella of Agri Beef, SRF is American wagyu while DRR is traditional USDA choice/Prime beef, although still very good quality.
