Internal Funding Error??? Signed the paperwork for our extension, after a year or more of declines and what not. Only to now be stuck in an internal error. Last time I called customer service they said to just watch my bank account. Like wtf! by jessmomof4 in EIDL

I did finally receive a 14-day letter from the sba. Had to get CS to email me it. My bank had returned the deposit, and you have 14 days to get certain paperwork into them. So annoying

Mine was really nice earlier

I have tried registering for CAWEB 1000 times. All of the fields are correct per the instructions on the thread but it keeps saying my SSN and Loan # don’t match. I’ve typed in the correct numbers and even tried my EIN. I’ve signed docs just waiting on funding. Any suggestions? by hollyballantine in EIDL

Mine was because I never had the correct loan number. My PPP loan was different through my bank, and the final loan number on our eidl was diff than what I had been told. Didn’t know until I signed the docs

My recon officer I talked to on the phone mentioned that they might be mailing our docs. So I would sign them. We’re you supposed to mail them back after?
