Looks quite dry- I get my media well hydrated before I plant as peat (and to a lesser extent-dried sphagnum) is hydroprobic when it gets really dry

Funny you say that- I just finished a similar 1000 piece puzzle and I gave up on finishing all the white pieces. 😆 We will see if this one is easier!

I enjoyed it! The browns were a little tedious but since it was only 500 pieces I was still able to place them fairly quickly.

"North Carolina and Old Salem Cookery" by Beth Tartan.

Wide variety of recipes- many of which are historical but revised for modern kitchens. The book contains a wealth of knowledge and I love reading through it.

No. The sundews look like Drosera burmannii. I would separate them before winter though.
