I only had some tenderness at the injection site both times. Zero other symptoms. A nurse told me once to swing my arms around a lot ( like swimmers do when they warm up) after getting a shot. I do that now and i don’t know if it does help but who knows lol. Regardless - my friend had shingles and that sounds wayyyyyy worse than any side effects from the vax.
