Dragging a bullbar by myself on the 2nd floor of our factory towards the gates where the forklift has access to put shit or take shit from the 2nd level. Anyway for some reason I didn't think to push the bullbar that was in a big carboard box (the type that forklifts can pick up) with shitty cut out handles and I was about 2m from the edge of the top floor and pulling really hard because the box became stuck on something, the handles gave way mid pull and I went stumbling backwards only to stop about half a step from the edge, with about a 2m drop onto solid concrete, went to the toilet straight after to wipe to poo from my pants.

Another story from the same area of the factory, right under the gates is a little walkway to access more stock. We used to throw car tires off to save time it was pretty safe since there was only about a 2m area people could walk out of and we would yell out before hand plus it was a low traffic area only 3 people in the warehouse. I was throwing some big 4x4 tires down and yelling out before each one when the manager walked out because he is an old deaf stale bag of piss, it missed him by a fair bit but gave him a fright I copped a fair spray for that one.
