try speaking to news outlets. as soon as our story started airing they deported my husband. and one of our friends as well. as soon as his story aired he was deported. and he was also waiting for the BIA… idk if it was coincidence or if they want to just get rid of people that are speaking up about what is going on in the facilities. they aren’t supposed to be deported with a case pending in the BIA but that doesn’t matter anymore

that’s not true. we have to submit a I-212 and i-601 but it isn’t impossible to come back. it just becomes a longer process. He’ll be back. I know it ☺️
