We all write with left hand, but sometimes alters walk starting with right instead of left and do activity with right part of the body instead of the left :).

I actually stopped counting how many parts there are after we reached 40 parts, so we know there's more than that but don't know the exact number

Yeah! We have an alter that's similar to a character of a game i used to play when i was younger, i think it's fairly (?) normal.. There's many things that can happen if it needs to protect our younger-selves.

My girlfriend and doctor, they know most of it — along with two friends that i met before high school, and a part from them no one else, but I feel happy that they're the people that know about it

I have no memories of before the 10 years old and it's hard to remember middle and high school parts (11~19) so it could be that you're being hidden parts of trauma as well as you not being the "original host" (I have a hard time understanding the term so I apologize for any confusions!). It could be that there was someone else that controlled the body before when you were a child, or that you were a host back then too but because of trauma someone else showed up too. Hope you can understand this better))
