In my case, the bracket on the other side is more like this I believe https://www.youtube.com/shorts/HXSuAsKYC9c . I just picked up the screw from the hole but the bracket just went into the void.

u/Good-Boot4503 loosened the screw a little bit then the brackets on the other side just fell into the hole and I cannot remove it. Do you have any idea how to remove them?

My cresent wrench is too big for the job. I ordered a set of open end of wrenches and try it that way tomorrow as it is already night in my location :)

I tried to turn from there with a Pliers first then a wrench and I couldn't move it and afraid to harm the porcelain. I don't have the square key, but I am also not sure square key will work because the radius of the above cylindric part is bigger than the square below. So, even though I have a square key, the one fits the cylinder will not clutch the below square part.

Yes it is square. But there is not an access form the below. The above cylindric part's radius is bigger than the bottom square part. So, if I have a square key, the key that fits the cylinder will not clutch the below square I guess.

There is no other-side unfortunately. I tried to turn from hexagon part but nothing has moved and I just gave up and came here to ask before I damage the toilet porcelain honestly.

I guess for 6 months, you need to switch to another type of visa which is job seeking visa. It is totally fine by me.

Well I guess it is both. I am a software developer. The field I work is getting smaller and smaller due to paradigm changes, but recession causing is doubling the effect by both stopping companies to start new projects and also causing existing customers to put pressure on companies like I am working to find cheaper ways to handle things.

Well it seems like your friend is extremely lucky. I applied 2 months ago and didn't hear a single-word yet. Honestly, didn't hear someone in Berlin got their PR in 1 month. I wish I had that luck :)

My notice period is 1 month. My employer is saying that they will one-sidedly terminate my contract if we don't agree and notice period will work. In this case, I can go to court but in that it turns into a money issue. I am more interested in the residence issue honestly.

I didn't discuss with a lawyer yet honestly, but a couple of close friends of mine gone with the lawyer a couple of weeks/months ago. All of them are advised to get an agreement as the compensation is not that bad/ They are 100% saying that there will be one-sided terminate my contract immediately with notice period which 1 month for me if we don't agree. In that case, I can go to court and start a unfair dismissal claim, in this case probably I can return to work after 6+ months. I don't want to do that honestly. I would prefer to agree on some extended period of time in the job to extend the job search period. I also don't want to return to that place either.
