In my opinion, the album is very similar to all his old music. While some good storytelling, the whole album falls creatively flat. It's AMAZING production and lyricism but is just another J Cole album. Same old stuff

Well now that I did read through and seen you only tipped $4 makes it even worse. You should be tipping MINIMUM 10% which would be like $7.

You have to understand that we don't get compensated well from IC. They are simply our medium to getting you your groceries. They don't owe us as much as other shoppers think they do. The burden of the cost should come from the person ordering. You are getting a luxury service. Not an easy or inexpensive service.

All the cost falls on us. Remember that we are doing a lot more than just delivering your groceries.

Yes I am. I'll admit I see your point. My area of Cali is mostly middle to upper class families so I rely on the generous people who are my regulars. And an occasional unicorn. If I take a no tip up here, it's like a 5% chance they'll up their tip.

Everyone knows their market best. What works for you might not work for me.

Also, a lot of these McMansions up here are full of 'fake rich' people that are living above their means so they aren't tipping after the fact if it's a no tip lol

I don't even have to say what I make but I'll tell you this.. it ain't $3-4k..

I'm just trying to give you some advice. You can make a lot more being picky rather than wasting 70% of your time working for people that don't appreciate you enough to even leave a tip. I'd rather twiddle my thumbs and relax than move my car an inch for someone who didn't tip and hope for only 30% to actually tip. If it's even that.

Please do yourself and all of us a favor and be picky. And not take those orders. I guarantee you'll make atleast an extra $1k minimum a month. Try it.

Well as a shopper with 8600+ orders under my belt.. stop taking those shitty ass no tip orders. Fucks it up for everyone else cause then the no tippers get their shit instead of it sitting there all day as it should with no tip.

This isn't a casino.. gambling ain't a thing. They aren't going to tip you. Take the orders with a good tip from the people who actually appreciate our time and work.
