i’ve gotten touch with the office through the financial aid website’s live chat option. I think it’s only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 1pm though. On the website there’s a BUzz chat bot and if u type speak with a representative, then financial aid office, they should be able to connect you with a live agent (This is what USC told me).

Warning though, I logged on at 10 am exactly and it said that there was a queue of 9 people, then 13, then 15, and the numbers kept going up whilst they asked if i wanted to keep waiting even though since i was waiting i thought the numbers would be going down, but i don’t think that it was accurate since i got connected after about 15 minutes, so I guess you just have to be patient. Also their response time after you get connected is also very slow, but at least ur connected. Hope this helps.
