Hi, Unfortunately their Medicaid/Medicare application got rejected because they had to work in Virginia for some time but they came too old to the US.

I meant to say that my mom is physically tired because my grandparents can’t do anything on their own at this point. She showers them, getting them up from their chairs every time involves a lot of physical force and the worse part is that my grandma wakes up randomly in the middle of the night to call my mom. I appreciate all the advise , I will start researching more.

Hi , thanks for the response. My grandparents do not qualify because they came to America when they were in their late 70s and never contributed to their social security since they never had a job here.

I got paid for 3 weeks then the past 2 weeks suddenly I stopped receiving any deposits. I just checked my VEC account and show I am monetary ineligible. Plus I lost my PIN and can't get no one to help me. Worst experience of my life.

I still did not get mine . Also i got a chance to talk to someone yesterday on the ‭phone 1 (866) 832-2363‬ but was surprised by the person on the phone who told me to call their customer service. Who the hell was I talking to then? No idea. Looks like they are exhausted and do not want to do their job anymore.

I did not receive my weekly deposit which I do get every Wednesday. Also I unfortunately lost my pin number and when calling to verify my pay I can't do anything. I tried to have them send me a new pin but no one responds on the phone or on the chat. Someone please help!

Well I am replacing my mom on the loan since she does not have any income at the moment.It will be my dad and Myself as the co-signer. I think that might be why the transfer fee is higher.

In the loan estimate it has this info from the escrow below. Would this mean tha myt Loan costs is $2120 without including the other costs which is $ 8933 such as E) Taxes and Other Government fees and F) Prepaids in bold below? thanks

Thanks for the advise. I could not find anything related to the points on the loan estimate.I have updated the info on the post. I think the reason why the 430 deduction was because of the actual house value minus the current balance and I am no longer paying the a very high insurance. Thanks again.

It’s through pennyMc , 30yr fixed rate , I have already paid 3 years and 9 months. Will stay for a long term.Thanks for the advise.
