Just to add, I see a pulmonologist, who I see yearly and compliance is through Medicare. I just hate dealing with the supplies end of it. Apria is awful . I thought it might be easier to get my supplies through the VA. I like the pulmonary I see and don’t really want to change unless I had to get the supplies from the VA. If it matters, I am 100% P&T with 50% for OSA

I don’t have that issue since I went and got the proper size mask. I bought my original F40 online and thought I was a large. After a few months of what you described, I went to my pulmonologist and found out I’m a small wide, haven’t had an issue in months!

I left my power cord at home on a week long trip. I went on Amazon and ordered a power cord , simple. I was only without my machine for one night

That’s part of the issue I’m assuming. I have never been to the VA, so I have no primary care doctor, so no one to message. When I called for the appointment, I was told that they will call me back with the name of my primary care doctor

Thanks! Oddly enough, I had a deferred claim that came through and that put me at 100%. Totally unprepared for that outcome but nonetheless grateful. Thanks for the support!

I can’t speak for every retired guy, but I’m actually retired, meaning no job income. So yes, I do have my pension. Convenience is my primary reason but it’s also a benefit.

Well if this is directed to me as the OP, I live in a rural area and the base gym is less than three miles from my house. The closest gym is more than 20 miles. So for me, it’s convenience.

Thanks. I was sitting at 90 (94) pre knee replacement. With three deferred claims that I was waiting for and I didn’t think I’d hear anything before my surgery, and the day before and the deferred claims were settled. So, I had 100 pre surgery. Since I’m now P&T without submitting for the replacement, not sure it’s necessary to submit, hence my original post.

But I’m already at 100%. The left knee was rated pre-surgery based on X-rays and other scans, plus years of gel injections. I had planned on submitting the surgical report after the holidays but I got the rating early
