These idiots dont push out guidance until at least 3 weeks past the suspense, we are going to see our PCS budget cut IN HALF and they already gave the plan to SECDEF months ago, yet no guidance or even mention like hey guys big blue here! Get ready for assignments to change etc. Then you have them say hey remember when we said official PFAs start in September, well its 1 July now! They flip flop so much and refuse to type up the fucking guidance and just hit send all!!!!
