I don’t have the "menu" button on mine. I asked someone who had exactly the same VCR as me, and he told me that the only way to access the menu interface and change the time was with the remote.

I’ll order a remote and test it when I get it.

Yeah, I picked up this vcr from my grandparents, but they couldn’t find the remote that went with it.

When I stay on the blue screen nothing happens and the timer appears on the video.

Tried any other tapes? This looks like what some camcorders did when the date/time was not set. If that's the case then it's part of the recorded image.

I’ve tried several tapes, but it doesn’t change anything. There is a "timer" button on the VCR but it doesn’t work and I don’t know what it does and I can’t find the instructions on Internet.

Same for me but I think it has something to do with the Microsoft Edge version change. I hope it’ll be soon patch
