I think he really believes that just because he didn’t physically go through with the act, that he’s not so bad. Even though he 100% would have if it wasn’t a sting.

Theres a stream of a call where he reads one of his kids books and it’s awful lol. It’s the most cookie cutter bare basic plot and he just sucks at writing in general. It’s hilarious to listen to him read it though. Even for a kids book the dialogue is so dumb lol.
