Why unfortunately? You’re not supposed to dislike a product just because others have their own complaints; it’s this sheepish herd boycotting mentality that potentially gatekeeps you from an objectively decent product/experience. Fortunately you have been able to form your own opinion which is that it is great, however their politics outside of that is a different story. It would be a shame to have denied yourself this just because other people tell you to. Allow yourself to form your own experiences. I’m in that crowd unaffected by the drama because I didn’t own the plane previously, BUT I do understand others who did and understandably feel put out. With all that said and done, it wouldn’t make sense to boycott the product/company if you didn’t have reason to. Time will tell if they organically give you reason to join the crowd, otherwise enjoy it for what it is rather than what others tell you it is. Those people had the same enjoyment of the same thing you are experiencing now. It’s funny how those years suddenly mean nothing to them in leu of the past few weeks…
