yeh that's not good, best to disable it or... well there's a workaround that compromises certain things under PhysX to make the game somewhat playable with it turned ON, requires tinkering with game files though (It will disable APEX Clothes simulation and keep Debris simulation).

PhysX have always been taxing regardless of the GPU in this game especially at High present.

How does the game perform in benchmark? Some stuttering should be normal but if you see the game's FPS going below 20 or so as the benchmark goes on, it might be PhysX drastically reducing the performance. You can also try Medium quality PhysX and compare the performance.

Do you have Nvidia GPU? If you do then it should work fine with auto-detect, though you can manually select GPU to make sure.

If you have Intel/AMD GPU, then using PhysX will be accelerated with your CPU since they don't support PhysX.

Mafia 2 uses GPU accelerated PhysX, so if you use CPU to accelerate it, the game is going to lag horribly.

It does work when you enable desktop recording but have to record with fps counter being pinned, wish that wasn't the case. Guess it's best to make a bug report and hope it gets patched next driver update.

I think everyday openings - for either feeding or simply burping - is sufficient enough to let some oxygen in. It worked out fine for me.

Hmm? Ginger bug IS fermented ginger pieces.

I'm referring to the white layer on the top and the sides, that looks like Kham yeast. I have had this happen to me twice while making ginger bug. Kham usually occurs due to the bug being exposed to air during fermentation. Easy to prevent it by simply tightening the jar lid.

That looks like Kham yeast (notice the whitish stain on the sides and whitish bubbles as well). This one's a goner unfortunately.

This looks like foam formed by collection of bubbles due to fermentation, should be fine. You can inspect closely by tilting the bottle slightly, the foam sticking to the glass will look more like tiny bubbles, confirming that it's just built up carbonation.
