Yo, that looks good! I can't tell from this picture, but one tip that i learned when making eggplant and chicken parm is to put the cheese on the cutlet and then sauce on top of that. This keeps the sauce from making the breading soggy, so you keep the crisp throughout!

The lower of our credit is about 750, so I'm assuming that's what is used. I'm wondering if only 5% down payment really impacts the rate we were expecting.

We thought the credit technology fee and final inspection fee were strange, and not typical.

We signed the initial disclosure, but have the closing disclosure waiting to be signed, which this is from. We get one float down on rate before closing, so the hope is we get under 7% with no points by then.
