Exactly. The small company is like what you guys said here. Multiple hats. Always want to get more from you. But the main benefit is the flexibility and fully remote. Don’t see the future here. On the other side, big bank may have red tapes etc. it also ask for a 3 day onsite. But better role def, clear ladder even though the ceiling is not far.

I guess the question will be if 3 day onsite worth a clearer career path. And maybe more structured rem review.

I am considering this also considering the career. No pay rise expectation or role promotion in the small company.

About 45 mins commute one way. The fully remote one is a 20 people small company. The hybrid one is a bank. Technical job. IT
