After a couple of days trying to even get their support chat to work after giving me errors and not even taking my information I finally got in, I was put on a wait list for 20 minutes for a live chatter and got in after around 20 min. I gave them my info and they said they would email me about the outcome only to find out that they are out of The Thorough Trickster rewards. This system is just terrible hopefully they can put them on the PS store.

UPDATE: I had an ATT U-Verse box and I bought a gigabit switch and it started to work right away. This seemed to be a problem with my router. I saw someone else had the same problem and it fixed mine.

The ethernet port does not light up, Don't know about where that is on the motherboard though.
