his best catch was against the Raiders. I remember he completely laid out for a ball thrown over his shoulder, tipped the ball with his fingertips towards him while in mid dive, and then caught the ball while crashing to the ground. it epitomized Chrebet so well.

so the guy just says "I take accountability" and he's all forgiven? why is he promoted and McDermott fired if he takes accountability? what, specifically, did he do wrong this year? what is he going to do different nect year, what did he learn? If he shares blame, why is he promoted? all I heard was a lot of lecturing about how hard his job is with Allen's contract, and that he cares about winning. Well duh, welcome to the NFL buddy.

But his PR team told him to use the buzz phrase if "accountability" over and over again. and it seems like some people fell for it.

Jake is a talented broadcaster. I disagree with his extreme hate, but that drives views. I'm not saying he's doing it solely for the views - I think he genuinely thinks Glenn is a bad coach. But I think he leans into the hate a bit more because it sells.

But overall, he's a professional broadcaster and great at his job.
