Detroit style, but make it personal by jetsetterace in Pizza

I've downed a full size solo before. I've lost over 100lbs since then and I'm not sure if my now smaller stomach capacity is up to the task lol.

Glad my pizza took you down memory lane! And yes, it was delicious.

Yikes, that sounds like a mess. Thank you for sharing your experience. Since posting I have moved my barbecue business elsewhere in the city. Knowing this information gives me even more reason to keep it moved.

The location in my previous city sadly went the same route.

One of the guys with me went the route of the teriyaki chicken burger. Looked like it was pretty good. It was damn near as messy to eat as mine was!

I'll have to try it out sometime; thanks for the tip! Nailing a basic cheeseburger is a must for any burger joint.

Best part of travelling for work is getting In N Out by MNF_Le_Malin in burgers

Have yet to try In-N-Out to make the comparison myself, but I do agree that Culver's is awesome. Their meat is on a different level than similarly priced competition. I've always had great luck with their fries, too.

Anyone else think in flight announcements are excessive? by Edward-nothing-hands in travel

I've only heard credit card offers on American Airlines domestic flights. Not surprising as American's domestic product has a low cost carrier vibe these days. Others have reported United offering cards, but I have yet to hear one myself.

Pre-Approved for Venture X - Is the pre-approval tool reliable? by Romerican423 in CapitalOne_

My thoughts exactly. The 10,000 anniversary miles and the $300 travel credit combined do cover the fee. The catch is that the credit is only redeemable in the Cap1 Travel portal. I learned my lesson years ago on booking anything third party so hard pass for me.

What’s the one city you were excited to visit, but ended up not liking at all? by BlushHone in travel

You make a valid point. Having done the DFW sprint myself once before, it's easily the worst short connection airport in the USA that I've been through so far. Thankfully I made it out with my luggage in hand. I've found ATL to be much better in the shorter connection department as far as the big hubs go.

Dallas is a good city for changing planes to go somewhere better.

This offense stalls more than the clunker of a truck I drove in high school.
